Air Astana (Kazakhstan) will resume flights on the Astana-Kyiv route, which were canceled in 2014, on 1 June 2017, avianews.com reports.

The flights will be operated three times a week on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, using Embraer 190 airplanes. The travel times will be 4 hours 25 minutes from Astana to Kyiv and 3 hours 54 minutes from Kyiv to Astana.

Tickets for the new flights are already on sale. Roundtrip flights will cost the equivalent of USD 400. The price includes meals and transportation of up to 20 kilograms of luggage.

Air Astana performed Astana-Kyiv flights in the period from April 2013 to July 2014.

The airline currently operates daily flights between Kyiv and Almaty. The frequency of the flights on this route was increased on 18 July.
