Ukraine’s State Maritime and River Transport Inspectorate (Ukrmorrichinspektsia) opened River Dnieper for navigation at the Kakhovsky and Zaporozhe locks at 08:00 on March 7, the press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure has announced.

The river is expected to be opened for navigation at the Kremenchug and Dneprodzerzhinsk locks on March 15, the Kanev lock on March 18, and the Kiev lock on March 28.
