The Wizz Air low-cost airline has announced a service called Fare Lock, which allows passengers to hold a selected fare for certain flights and service packages for a period of 48 hours.

This service is available online at wizzair.com. It can be used to book one-way or round-trip tickets for several passengers. Selected flights and name or number of passengers cannot be changed after payment of the fee for the service.

The fee for the service is UAH 95 per person.

The Fare Lock service is only available for bookings created more than seven days prior to departure date or date of first flight in case of a return flight. If a booking is not finalized within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled and the Fare Lock fee will not be refunded.
