A Complex Action Plan (CAP) for the implementation of the Strategy for reforming the project life cycle for infrastructure projects in Ukraine was presented today by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine within a high-level inter-ministerial conference organized by the EU financed IPCM project.
The Ministry of Infrastructure underlined the importance of approving the Strategy and Plan for Reforming the Infrastructure Project Life Cycle Management in order to attract funds from international financial institutions and to implement large infrastructure projects in Ukraine.
