The District Administrative Court of Kyiv has refused to cancel the State Aviation Service’s order No. 686 dated October 24, which approved the new procedure for assigning new air routes to airline companies.

"Today, the court refused to cancel the State Aviation Service’s order on the procedure for granting the right to operate air lines because it has not been published," Andrii Huk, a Senior associate with the Marchenko Danevych law firm, announced on his Facebook page.

In addition, according to him, the State Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Service withdrew its decision to approve the draft order in a letter dated December 18 last year.
