The Ministry of Infrastructure has published on its website information about the procurements that state-owned enterprises under its control made in the period from 2012 to the first quarter of 2015.

The list includes 58 state companies and consists of more than 128,000 lines. It is a working draft and therefore still subject to revision to correct errors. At the same time, the press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure emphasizes that it contains information about contracts rather than actual purchases. "The actual implementation of the contracts may differ significantly," the statement said. The ministry is calling for comments on the list to be submitted to it via the e-mail address [email protected].

In particular, the ministry disclosed information about public procurements by the following railway enterprises: the five railways (Odessa, South, Southwest, Pridneprovskaya, and Lvov), the Ukrzaliznytsia Department of Industrial Enterprises, the Ukrzaliznytsia Central Communications Station, Ukrzaliznychpostach, Ukrspetsvagon, the Ukrainian Transport Logistics Center, the Ukrainian High-Speed Rail Company, UGTsTS Liski, Ukrreftrans, the Ukrainian Center for Mechanization of Track Work, the Kiev-Dnepro MPPZT, and the Editorial Office of the Magistral Newspaper.

In addition, the ministry published information about the following state enterprises: the Stryy wagon factory, the Darnitsky wagon factory, the Kiev electric railcar repair plant, the Lvov locomotive repair plant, the Dnepropetrovsk diesel locomotive repair plant, the Zaporozhe electric locomotive factory, the Rava-Russkaya sleeper treating plant, the Starokonstantinov concrete sleeper plant, the Korosten concrete sleeper plant, and the Gnivan special reinforced concrete plant.

The list also includes information about public procurements by Odessazaliznychproekt, Lvovtransproekt, Dneprzaliznychproekt, Vinnitsatranspribor, the Kharkov Transsvyaz electrical engineering plant, DerzhavtotransNDIproekt, and the Dnepropetrovsk railway certification agency.

From the maritime industry, the list includes information about the Yuzhny port, the Kherson port, the Odessa port, the Mariupol port, the Ilyichevsk port, the Izmail port, the Berdyansk port, the Skadovsk port, the Reni port, the Nikolayev port, and the Oktyabrsk port; Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company (UDP), Delta Lotsman, Chernomorniiproekt, Ukrvodput, Gosgidrografiya, the Administration River Ports, the Administration of Seaports, the Black Sea-Azov Production and Operational Department of Sea Routes, the Seafarer Training and Certification Inspectorate.

In addition, the Ministry of Infrastructure disclosed information about procurements by the Boryspil airport, UkSATSE, Ukrposhta, Ukrinteravtoservis, and Kievpasservis.

According to a statement by the CFA Ukraine, a public organization that helps to make procurements by state enterprises transparent, the list published by the Ministry of Infrastructure will be updated and the procedure for gathering the information will improve.
