The Atlasjet Ukraine airline (Lviv), which is a subsidiary of the Atlasjet airline (Turkey), began operation on Thursday, June 18, by operating its first flight on the Kiev-Lviv route, the Interfax Ukraine news agency reports.

The plane took off on schedule at 10:00 and landed in Lvov at 11:00.

According to Atlasjet Ukraine’s head Serhii Pidhorodetskyi, the number of passengers on the first flight was more than 40, but the plane had 150 economy-class seats and 8 business-class seats.

The cost of a one-way ticket to Lviv is UAH 1,100.
