The ferry crossing Chornomorsk (Ukraine) - Poti (Georgia) may resume operation in the spring of this year.

Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Development of Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure Yurii Vaskov stated this, the CFTS portal reports, citing the publication APK Inform.

According to the deputy minister, Ukraine already has several potential shipowners, as well as potential carriers, for the establishment of Black Sea-Georgia-Bulgaria-Turkey rail and road links.

"We are working in all directions. I think the Chornomorsk-Poti crossing will become operational a little later than container transportation, but it could happen in the spring," Vaskov said.
