The Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure has officially changed its name to the Ukrainian Ministry for Development of Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure.

The ministry announced this in a statement, the Bosporus CFTS portal reports.

"The name of the ministry has changed officially. However, personnel issues and job titles are still in the process," the ministry said in the statement.

As reported earlier, Oleksandr Kubrakov, who was appointed as Ukraine’s deputy prime minister for the reconstruction of Ukraine/minister for development of communities, territories, and infrastructure at a parliamentary session of the parliament on 1 December, has said that the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories were merged to achieve one key goal, which is to raise the executive government’s efficiency in reconstruction management.

Earlier reports indicated that the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development and the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories could be merged with the Ministry of Infrastructure.
