Artur Nitsevich is a managing partner at the Interlegal International Legal Service. He specializes in maritime and transport law, international trade, and arbitration. He is the chairman of the Nautical Institute of Ukraine, MNI, and an associate member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association. He graduated from the Mechnikov Odessa State University (Department of Roman and German Philology), the Odessa State Academy of Law, and the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (Department of Accounting and Audit). He heads the organizing committee for the annual international conference “Practice of Maritime Business.”
