She has been the general director of the Ukrainian Transport Operator Company (UkrTOK) since 2006. Prior to that, she headed the operations department at the company for two years. She has been working in the rail transport industry for more than 30 years. She graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Railway Engineers, specializing in management of rail transport processes. She is the president of the Association of Railway Transport Operators of Ukraine.
