Orest Klimpush

He held the post of Minister of Transport of Ukraine from 1992 to 1994. He went down in history as the creator of independent Ukraine’s ministry of transport. He was Ukraine’s ambassador to Hungary and Slovenia from 1997 to 2002. He was a member of the fourth Ukrainian parliament (2002-2005). Since 2005, he has been the chairman of the Ukrainian Federation of Transport Industry Employers. He is an academic with the Transport Academy of Ukraine and a professor at the National Transport University.
