Yurii Vaskov

The head of the Odessa merchant seaport since October 2011. Prior to that, he was the deputy chief of the seaport for six years. He is a specialist in the area of maritime navigation and operation of ships, law, organization of transport, and management of maritime transport. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree. He graduated from four institutions of higher education: the Odessa National Maritime Academy, the Odessa National Academy of Law, the Odessa National Maritime University, and the IBR Institute (Germany).
