The construction of a covered warehouse for stuffing grain and meals into containers is scheduled to be completed in July.

Container Terminal Mostyska’s General Director Dmytro Kobzar announced this to the CFTS portal. He said that the warehouse will be equipped with a 90-degree container tilting system. According to Kobzar, this system has an advantage over traditional technology involving grain throwers because it allows an additional 2-4 tons of grain to be loaded.

Regular container trains from Mostyska to the ports of Gdansk and Gdynia remain an unchanged area of logistics for Container Terminal Mostyska, operating without interruption. The transshipment of grain by rail to EU countries, as well as the transshipment of fertilizers and liquid cargoes, are also being performed steadily.

"As for the new areas of operation that are being introduced this year, we have established transshipment of bulk cargo. These shipments have already become regular," says Kobzar.

Among these new areas of operation unrelated to agricultural products, the terminal's head highlighted the service involving the transshipment and storage of railway rails.

As previously reported, container shipping between the Mostyska terminal in Ukraine and the Forst terminal in Germany will resume on 1 July. This service utilizes a continuous logistics cycle with three sets of trailers, totaling 100. One set will be in motion while the second is being loaded and the third is being unloaded. This setup ensures a steady transportation rhythm without delays or downtime.
