Ihor Breus, who previously held the post of first deputy head of Ukrzaliznytsia’s passenger department, has been appointed as the director of the state-owned Ukrainian High-Speed Rail Company

The Transaero airline company may move its regular flights from the Domodedovo airport to the Vnukovo airport as early as the beginning of the winter flight timetable.

Restrictions are to be imposed on the movement of heavy trucks with a weight of more than 24 tons and an axle load of more than 7 tons when the atmospheric temperature rises above 28 degrees Celsius.
