The flight to Beijing is the third long-haul flight to be launched from the Boryspil airport.
Ukraine committed itself to banning the importation of cars that do not meet the Euro-5 environmental standards from January 1 next year.
"We will denounce this agreement. It will most likely be [done through] a law," said Volodymyr Demchyshyn.
