Air Arabia, a Middle Eastern low-cost airline, is selling promotional tickets from Kyiv to Colombo. In addition, the airline is guaranteeing Ukrainian passengers convenient transfers at its hub, the Sharjah Airport, the CFTS reports.
According to the Lowcost Avia publication, Ukrainians will be able to fly to Sri Lanka on cheap tickets from October this year.
The cost of a trip in both directions is EUR 220 or UAH 6,600. The promotion will also be held in the months of November and December.
As reported, Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) started operating flights on the Kyiv-Colombo-Kyiv route in November 2016. It operates the flights twice a week: on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The cost of a roundtrip ticket for October starts at UAH 14,000. The Ukrainian airline also periodically conducts promotional sales of tickets on this route: it recently offered cheap tickets to Sri Lanka for passengers traveling from Poland.
