The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has permitted Delmar Pte Ltd (Singapore) to acquire shares in the Berezovsky Elevator limited liability company (Odessa region), enabling it to exceed 50% of the votes in the governing body of the company. The press service of the Antimonopoly Committee announced this in a statement.
Founded in 2004, Delmar Pte Ltd operates on the investment market. The company is the founder of the Delta Wilmar CIS company, which opened an oil extraction plant at the Yuzhny port in 2013.
According to the comments.ua website, Delmar Pte Ltd was established by the Singaporean companies Delta Export Pte Ltd (which specializes in trading metals, minerals, agricultural products, and industrial goods) and Wilmar International Ltd (production and sale of palm oil).
The Berezovsky Elevator limited liability company, which is located in Berezovka (Odessa region), provides services involving storage and warehouse processing of agricultural crops.
