Representatives of the DCH investment group reached an agreement with Chinese investors representing Skyrizon Aircraft Holdings Limited on 4 August. Both parties will cooperate on development of the Ukrainian aircraft manufacturing industry, particularly the Zaporizhia-based Motor Sich company, which is the largest manufacturer of aircraft engines and gas turbines in Ukraine.
The DCH investment group announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.
"DCH has experience in restoration and modernization of industrial enterprises, as demonstrated by the fact that the Kharkiv tractor plant, the Dniprovskyi steel plant, and the Sukha Balka mine in Kryvyi Rih are in operation," the statement said.
According to the statement, the DCH investment group is currently participating in a project for construction of a new airport in the city of Dnipro as a private investor in the airport complex. In addition, the investment group will participate in construction of roads in Ukraine and submit bids in the relevant tenders.
As the CFTS portal reported earlier, Motor Sich reported a net profit of UAH 562 million for the first half of this year. The company has managed to increase its net profit over the past three months.
