The British low-cost airline easyJet has no plans to launch flights to/from Ukraine. The airline’s public relations manager Katie Francis announced this in exclusive comments to the CFTS portal.

"easyJet is constantly reviewing its network of routes. This process includes a number of factors that affect the routes on which we fly. However, we do not have any plans to launch flights into or out of Ukraine at the current time," Francis said.

As reported earlier, the company declined to comment on the proposal by Aron Mayberg, the head of UIA’s supervisory board, to hold a roundtable in Kyiv on cheap flights to Ukraine and the possible participation of its CEO Carolyn McCall in the roundtable

At the same time, Ryanair has told the CFTS portal that the low-cost airline will not launch flights to Ukraine until Ukraine liberalizes air links with the European Union.
