The resumption of the ferry service from the ports of Greater Odesa for the first time since the outbreak of full-scale war has not yet taken place, although some transport officials have already announced it.

According to ship tracking data, the Kaunas ferry, which is supposed to operate on the ferry route from Chornomorsk to Batumi (Georgia), is still in a Bulgarian port.

The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) confirmed to the CFTS portal that the ferry voyages have not yet started. The USPA also declined to provide details because of security concerns.

As of 16 July, the schedule on the website of Ukrferry, the company that will operate the ferry, lists the date of departure of the first ferry to Batumi as 24 July. This date has been changed several times before.
