The Ukrainian Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories has published the datasheet for implementing the state budget program for the supply of rails from France to the Ukrainian Railways joint-stock company (Ukrzaliznytsia) in 2025.

The ministry has approved the 2025 data sheet for the state budget-financed program for "Implementation of a Joint Project with the Government of the French Republic for the Supply of Rails to the Ukrainian Railways joint-stock company."
According to the document, nearly UAH 1.83 billion is planned to be allocated for the project.
These funds are intended for purchasing 18,989.9 tons of rails.
The maximum purchase price of railway rails is 96,400 per ton.
