Ernest Airlines transported 1,130 passengers on the Lviv-Milan (Bergamo) route in both directions in its first two weeks of operation, the CFTS portal reports, citing information from the Lviv airport. The load factor of aircraft on the route was 62.8%.
According to the Lviv airport, an Ernest Airlines airplane landed in Lviv for the fifth time on November 3. It transported 125 passengers from Milan o Lviv and 134 in the opposite direction.
As reported, the first flight was operated on October 20. The airline will also start flying from Lviv to Venice and Naples on December 8. Tickets are already on sale.
According to information in the ticket reservation system on Ernest Airlines' website, the carrier will launch flights from Kyiv to Milan and Naples on December 9.
Ernest Airlines is expected to launch three additional summer flights in 2018: from Lviv to Verona, Parma, and Sardinia.
Ernest Airlines will perform 116 flights from/to Ukraine this year, transporting 15,500 passengers. The airline plans to perform 1,608 flights between Kyiv, Lviv, and Italian cities in 2018, transporting more than 200,000 passengers.
