Volodymyr Shulmeister, a former general director of the Foxtrot group, will be appointed as Ukraine’s First Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, a source in the Ministry of Infrastructure has told the CFTS portal. His candidacy is currently being approved.
Shulmeister is considered friendly with Agro-Industrial Complex Minister Oleksii Pavlenko from the time he worked at Foxtrot.
The Ministry of Infrastructure also plans to return to the practice of functional deputies.
It also became known on Thursday that Volodymyr Omelian, formerly the chief of staff of the Minister of the Cabinet Ministers, had been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure.
