The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers will extend the adaptive quarantine in Ukraine until the end of 2020.
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, the CFTS portal reports, citing the Interfax Ukraine news agency.
According to Shmyhal, this is the most effective mechanism for preventing the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus.
"The government will extend the adaptive quarantine today until the end of the year. This is a necessary step to ensure a safer environment for Ukrainians," he said.
According to him, the relevant amendments will be made to the resolution on quarantine restrictions.
