Russia has agreed to restructure Ukraine’s Eurobonds worth USD 3 billion on its own terms. According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the restructuring terms provide for postponement of repayment to the period of 2016-2018 at USD 1 billion per year.

Ukraine and Bulgaria intend to restore direct air and rail links between the two countries. An agreement to this effect was reached on 13 November during a visit to Sofia by Infrastructure Minister Andrii Pyvovarskyi.

The European Union has announced its full readiness for free trade with Ukraine from 1 January 2016, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko reported this.
