Austrian Airlines during the 2016 summer season will double the number of flights from Vienna to Lviv and Odessa.

Operation of Lviv-Przemysl trains will resume in December this year. A Ukrainian Pesa 620M railbus manufactured in Poland will operate on the route.

Ukrzaliznytsia intends to organize a train ferry service, which will be overseen by the Liski transport service center (part of Ukrzaliznytsia). Ukrzaliznytsia’s acting board chairman Oleksandr Zavhorodnyi announced this.

Polish railway operator PKP Intercity will introduce a new international train timetable in mid-December. Among the novelties in the timetable is the introduction of direct trains between Warsaw and Lviv.

New charging stations for electric vehicles have been installed in Lviv. The project is financing by Oschadbank.
