The so-called Azov Navy will be created with vessels from the Russian Navy’s Black Sea Fleet and Caspian Flotilla.
The amount of investment has not yet been announced.
The projects involve primarily the Artsyz - Izmail and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi - Izmail railroad sections.
