Trolleybus route No. 1 - from the Diagnostic Center to the Sherstianka micro-district - was launched in Chernihiv on 23 July.
As the CFTS portal reports, citing the Chernihiv City Council, this trolleybus route is unique in the city because it connects the Sherstianka micro-district, which previously had no electric public transport, with Bobrovytsia through Podusivka and the city center.
Four trolleybuses capable of autonomous operation operate on this route. In addition, buses will operate on the route to ensure a 20-minute interval between departures.
The ticket price for passengers will be the same along the entire route, regardless of the mode of transportation.
