The Boryspil airport reported the highest increase in passenger traffic among Group 2 airports (airports welcoming between 10 and 25 million passengers per year) in 2019, according to a report compiled by Airports Council International Europe (ACI Europe).

This was reported by the CFTS portal, citing the Interfax Ukraine news agency.

According to the ACI Europe report, the Boryspil airport reported a 21.1% increase in passenger traffic in 2019 (compared with 2018), followed by the Milan-Malpensa (which reported a 16.6% increase in passenger traffic), Moscow-Vnukovo (11.7%), Berlin-Tegel (10.1%), and Porto (9.8%) airports.

As the CFTS reported earlier, the Boryspil airport reported the second highest increase in passenger traffic in the third quarter of 2019, according to ACI Europe.
