The Elevator 2021 grain storage forum's organizing committee has approved March 26 as the new date for holding the forum because of the introduction of more stringent quarantine restrictions in Ukraine from 8 to 24 January 2021.
Elevator 2021, which is the largest agricultural forum that focuses on grain storage, processing, trading, and logistics in Ukraine, will be held at Event Hall Obolon (Golf Center). The event will be held in compliance with all sanitary and epidemiological standards and recommendations. All the participants in it will be provided with personal protective equipment.
The forum was originally scheduled for January 22.
The aim of the event is to involve representatives of the government, businesses (elevatorists, suppliers, builders, logisticians, traders, etc.), and the scientific sector in the discussion of the current problems and opportunities for sustainable development of the crop storage and processing industries, help introduce modern innovations into the industry, and find optimal solutions to improve the efficiency of elevators.
The organizers of the forum are ProAgro Group and the Ukrainian Grain Association.
Two conferences – "Grain Storage and Processing 2021" and "Trading and Logistics 2021" – will be held during the Elevator 2021 grain storage forum.
The first conference will focus on the following issues: the problems of development of crop storage and processing; construction and reconstruction; innovation and efficiency; quality and safety.
The second conference will focus on the following: the current state and prospects for the development crop logistics, trading, and processing; elevator logistics, railway, river, and sea; export strategies.
In addition, the forum's program will include Grain Storage Expo (an exhibition of effective solutions and a business communication); seminars and presentations by suppliers of goods and providers services to the storage and processing industry; workshops by scientists and experts; roundtables involving opinion leaders and innovation experts; speeches by over 70 speakers; a VIP zone for business negotiations; ceremonial presentation of awards to the winners of the competitions "Elevator of the Year 2020," "Processor of the Year 2020" (Grain Processor, Oilseed Processor), "Logistician of the Agricultural Market 2020" (the CFTS is the partner for this competition), and "Trader of the Agricultural Market 2020".
