Minister of Infrastructure Andrii Pyvovarskyi has signed the financial plan of the State Railway Administration (Ukrzaliznytsia) for 2015. Pyvovarskyi announced this to journalists during a working visit to the Chernigov region on Friday, 22 May, the Interfax Ukraine news agency reports.
"The key indicators are revenues of UAH 46-47 billion and capital expenditures of UAH 2.5 billion," said the minister.
At the same time, according to him, the volume of capital expenditures will depend on how effectively Ukrzaliznytsia’s domestic debt will be restructured.
"If we can delay payments, then more money will be spent on restoration of rail tracks and repair of traction and railcars," Pyvovarskyi said.
