The Liberian-flagged ship Kmax Ruler, which was hit by a Russian Kh-31P anti-radar missile in the Pivdennyi port on 8 November, has resumed its voyage.
Deputy Minister of Development of Community, Territories, and Infrastructure Yurii Vaskov announced this at the “2023 Infrastructure Day” event organized by the European Business Association, the CFTS portal reports.
"The ship has left Ukraine’s territorial waters, and it is either in Romania or in Bulgarian waters. It has been loaded and has resumed its journey," he said.
Vaskov added that the ship's owners did not apply for compensation from the War Risk Fund, which Ukraine created in 2023.
The ship had a classic insurance package covering war risks.
