The State Railway Administration (Ukrzaliznytsia) has imposed temporary restrictions on transportation of all kinds of goods through the Krasnaya Mogila border crossing (Lugansk region) on the Donetsk railway. The restriction was imposed on June 6, OilNews reports.

The Krasnaya Mogila train station is one of the main border crossings and a customs clearance center for import and transit petroleum products.

According to the Consulting Group A-95, more than 46,000 tons of petroleum products were imported through Krasnaya Mogila in the period of January-April, including about 11,000 tons of Russian diesel fuel imported from the Volgograd refinery and about 25,000 tons of Kazakh LPG.

Imports of Russian petroleum products are already bypassing the Donbas. Import of Russian diesel fuel into Ukraine by rail through border crossings in the Donetsk region reduced by 70% in April 2014.
