Flights on the newly opened Odesa-Munich route will be extended to the winter. This information was announced at a press conference.
Lufthansa has been operating two flights per week on this route since March. Because of the positive results that were achieved in the first few months after the opening of the route, the company has decided to extend the flights to the winter, thus operating them throughout the year.
In addition, according to the airline, it intends to increase its transport volume by 14% in the second half of 2016 by launching new routes and using aircraft that are more powerful.
Thus, the Lufthansa group will increase its transport volume on the routes Kyiv-Munich, Frankfurt, and Odesa-Vienna by introducing additional modern aircraft of the Embraer and Airbus A320 series.
