The Ukrainian postal and logistics company Nova Poshta has opened its first Nova Post branch in Rome and started delivering parcels to partner parcel lockers and pickup points across the country.
The company announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.
Rome is the second Italian city with a Nova Post branch. The delivery time to Ukraine is 7 days or more.
"The first Italian branch of Nova Post was opened in Milan in December. Now, a branch has opened in the Italian capital, located at the address 9-11, Via Albalonga," the statement said.
At the branch, customers can send documents, parcels, and cargo up to 100 kg to and from Ukraine, within the country, and between the European countries in which Nova Poshta operates.
"Soon, Nova Poshta's own courier delivery service will be operational in Rome and its suburbs, as it already does in Milan. Additionally, customers will be able to send parcels to any corner of the country, thanks to partnerships with local logistics companies," the company said.
A new service for the delivery of parcels to parcel lockers and pick-up points through the nationwide partner network GLS became available to customers in June.
