Turkey will participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine’s infrastructure. Ukraine’s Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov and Turkey’s Minister of Trade Mehmet Muş signed a memorandum to this effect in Lviv on 18 August.
The document provides for the participation of Turkey in the reconstruction of Ukraine, the CFTS portal reports.
It was stated that Turkish businesses and government entities will be able to prepare specific reconstruction projects, as well as provide consulting and technical assistance.
Kubrakov noted that Turkish companies have already gained significant experience in the construction of roads and bridges in Ukraine in recent years.
In the near future, they plan to set up a joint working group on reconstruction, in which mechanisms for attracting Turkish investments will be developed.
