According to preliminary data from the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA), Ukrainian ports handled 52.7 million tons of cargo in the first half of 2024. For comparison, they handled 31.3 million tons in the same period of 2023.

"Six months. Six ports. 52.7 million tons of cargo," the USPA said in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.

The above cargo volume includes 33.5 million tons of agricultural products and about 19 million tons of mining and metallurgical products.
