The Ukrainian Railways public railway company has introduced electronic forms for filing complaints about its operations. Customers will be able to file complaints related to passenger transport, suburban transport, and corruption.
The electronic complaint forms are available on the website of Ukrainian Railways.
As reported, Ukrainian Railways launched a mobile version of its website for selling train tickets on 10 November.
As the CFTS portal previously reported, Ukrainian Railways is testing online information about fulfilment of trucking orders.
In addition, the company’s head Wojciech Balczun has announced that distribution of all freight cars among customers will be automated from October next year.
