The Ukrainian Railways joint-stock company (Ukrzaliznytsia) will launch daily rail service between Ukraine and Romania on 10 October, the CFTS portal reports.

The train will travel along the route Kyiv–Vinnytsia–Zhmerynka–Mohyliv-Podilskyi–Vălcineț–Ungheni–Iași–Bucharest.

It will depart from Kyiv at 06:30 and arrive in Bucharest at 06:47 the next day.

In the opposite direction, the train will depart from Bucharest at 19:10 and arrive in Kyiv at 19:41 the next day.

The train will arrive at Bucharest’s central railway station, Gara de Nord.

High-speed trains to the airport run regularly from this station.

A ticket for a compartment car costs approximately UAH 3,800.
