The Ukrzaliznytsia the public joint-stock company plans to spend UAH 76 million on providing Internet access to passengers, Ukrzaliznytsia’s acting head Oleksandr Zavhorodnyi said in an interview with the Intercity journal.
"Internet has already been launched on Intercity and Intercity+ high-speed trains and work is being performed on sleeping cars and compartment cars. All train stations will be covered later. This is a luxury. We estimate that we have to spend UAH 76 million on free Wi-Fi for passengers," Zavhorodnyi said.
Wishes regarding the operations of the high-speed trains can be left on the Facebook page of the Ukrainian High-Speed Rail Company. In addition, the website http://intercity.uz.gov.ua is dedicated to the operations of trains.
