Ukrzaliznytsia Transports 2.2 Million Passengers In September 2024

Train No. 128 Zaporizhia-Lviv was the most popular.

The Ukrainian Railways joint-stock company (Ukrzaliznytsia) carried 2.2 million passengers in September 2024.

Ukrzaliznytsia announced this in a statement, the CFTS portal reports.

The most popular train was train No. 128 Zaporizhia-Lviv, which carried over 50,000 passengers in September.

The second and third most popular trains were high-speed trains to Przemyśl - trains No. 705/706 and No. 715/716 - which carried 49,000 and 46,000 passengers, respectively.

"Almost 85,000 soldiers and their families have used the ticket reservation service for military personnel since its launch, with almost 15,000 seats reserved for these passengers in September alone," Ukrzaliznytsia said.
