The Dredging Fleet company, a subsidiary of the Ukrainian Seaports Authority (USPA), intends to perform dredging operations on the rivers Pripyat and Dnipro this year. This was announced by the Dredging Fleet company’s head Serhii Bomchak, the CFTS correspondent breitling replica reports.
"We plan to perform the following works this year: dredging of the approach channels to the Kakhovka lock (a dredging volume of 100,000 cubic meters), the Dniprodzerzhynsk reservoir (400,000 cubic meters), the Kremenchuk reservoir (600,000 cubic meters), the rapids of upper Dnipro (300,000 cubic meters), and the rapids of River Pripyat (200,000 cubic meters). We plan to spend UAH 80 million on all these works," Bomchak said.
"Apparently, dredging the Pripyat is part of our commitment under the project for revival of the E-40 waterway, which connects the Black and Baltic Seas through the Vistula-Dnepr Audemars Piguet replicas corridor. However, this may require certain environmental assessments," said Andrii Shkliar, a senior expert with CFTS Consulting.
The head of the Nibulon company, A. Vadaturskyi, announced an ambitious plan to revive transportation of goods on River Desna in summer 2017. According to Vadaturskyi, the company will perform its own dredging operations if necessary.
