The Wizz Air low-cost airline is lunching five new destinations from London, including Lviv, the airline announced in a statement.
The flights will commence on September 18 next year, and they will be performed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Ticket prices will start at EUR 29.99.
In addition to Lviv, Wizz Air will begin flying from the London Luton Airport to Larnaca (Cyprus) on May 30, Tirana (Albania) on May 31, Bratislava (Slovakia) on June 20, and Tallinn (Estonia) on September 17. Ticket prices will also start at EUR 29.99.
The airline also announced that it would station four additional A320 aircraft at its Luton base.
Wizz Air has been operating in Ukraine since 2008. It currently operates two A320 airliners on the Ukrainian market. The airliners are based at the Kyiv Zhulyany airport. For a long time, the airline operated flights only to the Ukrainian capital. It returned to Lviv this spring, linking the city with Berlin (Germany) and Wroclaw (Poland).
Wizz Air will base a third A320 airliner in Kyiv in April 2018.
