Ryanair States Condition For Launching Flights To Ukraine

The Irish low-cost airline Ryanair will not launch flights to Ukraine until the Ukrainian government signs the "open skies" agreement with the European Union. Ryanair’s Director of Communications Robin Kiely announced this.
