Cargo Transshipment In Pivdennyi Port 28.3 Million Tons In First 7 Months Of 2021

Operators in the Pivdennyi seaport handled 28,297,000 tons of cargo in the period of January-July 2021.

As the CFTS portal reported, citing the Ukrainian Seaports Authority (USPA), operators in the port handled 16,602,000 tons of ore, 3,841,000 tons of grain, and 1,591,000 tons of coal.

The port also handled 22,369,000 tons of export cargo, 3,382,000 tons of import cargo, 44,000 tons of cabotage cargo, and 2,503,000 tons of transit cargo.

In addition, it handled 23,937,000 tons of dry bulk cargo, 2,726,000 tons of liquid bulk cargo, and 1,634,000 tons of general cargo.

The port also handled 1,505,000 tons of containers (119,890 TEU).
