The District Administrative Court of Kiev canceled all of Atlasjet Ukraine’s licenses to operate 14 international flights on 7 November. The Capital publication reported this, citing Andrii Huk, a senior lawyer with the Marchenko Danevych law firm, who represented Atlasjet Ukraine.

As reported, the lawsuit was filed against the Ministry of Infrastructure by Ukraine International Airlines on 5 August.

Huk said that the decision of the court had not yet entered into force and that Atlasjet Ukraine would file an appeal.

Airline Atlasjet Ukraine planned to begin operating flights on 15 September, but court battles have prevented it from doing so.
