Ukrainian grain will first be exported from the Chornomorsk merchant seaport (Odesa region).

Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Yurii Vaskov announced this during a news briefing in Kyiv, the CFTS portal reports, citing the Interfax Ukraine news agency.

"We believe that we will be ready to work on the restoration of the export of agricultural products from our ports within the next 24 hours. We are talking about the port of Chornomorsk. It will be the first. It will be followed by the port of Odesa and the port of Pivdennyi," he said.

According to him, the Ministry of Infrastructure will be technically ready to export products from all the terminals at the three Ukrainian seaports within two weeks.

The first grain shipment is planned for this week.
