The first routes of Supernova Airlines, which the Nova Poshta postal company created for meeting its own transportation needs, will be Riga - Rzeszów and Rzeszów - Chisinau.

Supernova Airlines’ CEO Yaroslav Krasnozhon announced this in an interview with the CFTS portal.

According to him, the airline plans to begin operating flights in May because the process of obtaining a certificate in the European Union has been slightly delayed.

Krasnozhon said that the airline’s first flights will be on the Riga - Rzeszów route (four times per week) and the Rzeszów - Chisinau route (one flight per week).

"It largely depends on deliveries from the United States and China. Maybe we will add another route from Western Europe and increase the frequency of flights to Chisinau if we see demand," said the CEO of Supernova Airlines.

"We are still studying the European market. We are very familiar with the U.S. and Chinese markets, but we are looking for a long-haul aircraft for them," he said.
