The Odesa city council approved a package of decisions involving re-registration of the rights to land plots on the territory of the Odesa seaport at a session on September 16.
In particular, the Ukrainian Seaports Authority (USPA) is preparing a land plot with an area of 5.5 hectares on Novy Mol for concession, the CFTS portal reports, citing the Passenger Transport publication.
A complex consisting of sea terminal with berths, a concert hall, and an exhibition hall but without a high-rise hotel is located on this land plot.
The package of decisions also involves re-registration of the rights to land plots in other areas, including an area near Gefta Street, where the berths operated by the Brooklyn-Kiev company are located.
